Twilight Series Question

How do you make an id icon with an icon? like just a pic of something you like from this website? I know you can do it when you first sign up but how do you do it after that????? HELP!!!!!

click on upload photos and then choose the photo you want to upload, and you can check make user icon if you want to make it your user icon.
