Twilight Series Question

In Breaking Dawn, do Charlie and Renne discover that they are vampires and that Rennesme is their granddaughter? My mom forced me to stop reading the book so i never got to finish it.

but jake phases in front of charlie and tells him that things are different. charlie sees bella as a vampire but doesnt know what she is. bella is a newborn ( 3days i think) but doesnt attaack him.

edward tells charlie that nessie is his 'neice', his 'brother' just died in a car crash and left the baby to edward, who 'adopts' her
renee doesmt see bella again from what i've heard

Charlie does. He doesn't know about vampires but he knows about werewolves and he knows that Renesmee is his Grandaughter but Renee knows nothing about it.

One thought: I kinda think Charlie knows what Bella is. I'm sure he's heard Billy's stories about the wolves, and when Jacob phases in front of him, it kinda hits it home. However, he doesn't want to know too much, but I think he has some idea that they are vampires.

charlie has a good ideal of what they are, but he is never told. he looks at renneseme and can see how much she resembles the both of them and kind of reads between the lines on that one too.. he just accepts things as they are and is happy for them.
