I would say no because there bodies are sort of frozen when they are changed. Also it says that they can't eat because digestion doesn't work, so there would be no need for them to go to the toilet.

I agree. But when edward ate the pizza did it just rot in his stomach? And if they're frozen how did bella and edward have renesmee if edward is frozen?
^you must have not read the draft of midnight sun, when edward ate that pizza he said that he would have to cough it up later, and men dont need to change like a woman does so he still had his "little swimmers".
well i would say no, bc they dont ever eat normal food so they would probably never go to the bathroom. but wait, doesnt the blood some how make it through digestion, or does it enter their bloodstream? no, wait there blood stops flowing doesnt it? thats like one of the reasons they're so cold. ugh really idk
