Twilight Series Question

Why do you like Twilight?

Not trying to be mean or anything its just, why do you like Twilight. I just don't get it. Please tell me why, and no shallow answers like "the people are hot". I mean its called an epic saga, but in the end the final battle doesn't even happen

Thank you i try not to offend people. I think the story is fascinating, but maybe it would have been better with a better, more experienced author.

It is true that Steph was very inexperienced when she wrote the book, since I don't think she'd ever actually written anything before. I have to commend her though, because I think she did very well for a first-time writer. Again, that's entirely my opinion though.

It is pretty hard to write four books on a first time gig. I dont like the way she put in giant words to make her writing seem better. I didnt like the romance either that she portrayed, i mean stalking you in your sleep and eating your tears? i just think its weird

I didnt like the ending either, some of the characters were pretty good. I wish she portrayed the love a little better thought

So, I completely understand why Twilight gets made fun of so much, but the reason I like it so much is just because I think the whole idea of it is really fascinating. I like how the author reinvents vampires and creates this totally new world. The books (the first one, especially) could have been better-written, but the whole idea and plot is why I bothered to read them in the first place.
