maybe its just me, but..

..when i was reading new moon, i didnt get the vibe that bella was actually falling in love with jacob. it seemed that, even though she was feeling better because of him/loved him in a platonic way, she was also aware that he liked her, which made her nervous/maybe uncomfortable, because she knew she wasnt and wouldnt be over edward. even when she was considering being with jacob, it didnt seem very romantic, the way she was looking at it as 'be with jacob or be lonely.' and now in all the new interviews im reading, everyones talking about bella falling in love with jacob. soo i hope that doesnt offend anyone, but am i the only one who read it that way? thanks!

When Bella started hanging out with Jacob, she sort of did it out of obligation. She felt like she owed him a visit. She shut him out, and everyone, when she was with the Cullens. But when Edward left, she was broken. She wanted to feel the terrible pain because it WOULD BE like he existed. She wanted the pain to KNOW that he had actually been with her and that he existed.

She went to Jacob, and he made her feel good. But, their "love" was brother/sisterly. I didn't see it as romantic at all and I'm glad you and I agree with that! Bella used Jacob in New Moon. She used him in the fact that she sort of played on his feelings. Yeah, she was wary of how he felt towards her, but she made it all the worse by spending so much time with him. And how can people say that she loved Jacob when she left him to save Edward? She loved Jacob, but as a brother. I don't understand why anyone would think anymore than that.

People think more than that because Bella said she was in love with him. And just because she left to save Edward, you can still love two people. Obviously she still loved Edward. She always would. BTW I'm not saying you're wrong I'm just saying that's why people think that :)

i think your right.ok let me explain.i like jacobe in all but i think hes just kinda budding in and i dont like it.well i dont like bella at all(no effence to anyone)but i think she shouldnt give up on edward.edward deserves more than that being given up on.and i think that jacob is doing that.you cant REALLY love two people. only one a lot and another normaly. i think she should pick edward and jacob should back off.(again no effence to any one)

I was reading an article earlier today about the plot of the movie and it said something about Bella falling in love with Jacob and I was just sitting there thinking what?
I get that Jacob was in love with her but she never showed romantic feelings for him. Ever. That's just wrong ><
