Did Robert Pattersion get plastic surgery before he stared in the Twilight movies?

I seriously doubt it.
Robert Pattinson was a 21 year old man when he started Twilight. Guys' faces tend to change shape and become more defined at that age.

He didnt have plastic surgery but he did have major dental work to correct his teeth so he would have a 'dazzling' smile....
