Twilight Series Question

I would have liked a book that would entangle Bella's Human Friends with "Suspicions" of WHO Edward & the Cullen's really were, up and including Jacob's role in all of this. What are your thoughts?

I really think that Stephenie could have written a whole new book sequence, AFTER ECLIPSE, that centered around Bella's Friends, their reactions to all of those missing people, and then tie in some supernatural happening that would put a question mark in all of Bella's friends minds, of exactly WHO "the Cullens" really were. Except in the end, of course, the suspicion would die after some clandestine meetings, which would put an end to "what had happened" (in the beginning of the book) that triggered the perception in the first place.

What are your thoughts about this? Would you have liked to have seen the "almost" revelation of Edward & the Cullens by Bella's friends?

FYI: This "MIGHT" turn out to be a Plot that I will submit as my Fan Fiction Story.... hhhmmmm....... keep your eye out! hee hee! ;D

This sounds like an amazing idea. I would have loved twilight to be more like your ideas.

It could have been interesting. I would have read it but to be honest, I would have loved to have other Twilight books about the different vampires we've encountered during the series (James, Victoria, Laurent, Garett, The Denali Coven, Peter, etc).

If you do write a fanfic with this as the main storyline, post the link on my wall please, I would love to read it ;)!

This sounds like an interesting fan fiction idea. The "something" which makes the group eventually give up on their suspicions could be as simple as them buying into traditional vampire lore too much: remembering that they'd seen the Cullens in direct sunlight though not bright sunlight, or seeing one of them wearing a cross necklace or the like.
