Engaged and moving in together????

Ok.. so i haven't been online for several weeks (i've been travelling around a lot) and few days ago i got home.. and so i went online to see the twilight saga related news and i'm still in shock! i read that kristen and rob bought house and that they're living together! and not only they're living together, they're engaged... now, as i said, i wasn't at home or online and this is just one article.. but i want to know if you think is it true or loads of bs....
