If you could choose anyone but robert pattinson and kristen stweart to play Edward and bella who would you choose?

I would like shane west to be edward and i would like alexis bledel to be bella. they are the ONLY ACTRESSES I WOULD SEE AS EDWARD AND BELLA

I think i would probably chose stuart townsend as edward and sandra bullok as bella.

I love how Rob did his job, he is the best Edward of all. But if he weren't the one chosen for the role, then I would have chosen Hayden Christensen; not only because of his physical appearence but also (mainly I must say) because the way he stares at you. It is the same way Stephenie describes Edward's gaze.
Think in New Moon when you see the picture at the center (with the yellow background and the sun besides him:])

And for Bella, I just think Kristen is the one...is that I don't know very much about other actresses, I only know about some actors ,but no actress :)
