They have the right to oppose Twilight, we have the right to oppose what they say about Twilight, they have the right to oppose what we say about their opposition to Twilight.
It goes on forever and ever.
I, personally, don't care too much how different people feel about Twilight. What gets to me is the disrespect I tend to see. I hate when Twilight fans are called unintelligent or crazy (to put it nicely). All Twilight fans are human being, no different from Twilight "haters".
I find it ridiculous when some people try to justify their extreme hate by providing some sort of thought out, detailed explanation, when their facts are completely wrong.
Some people have valid reasons to dislike Twilight, and that's fine, but when you're just twisting facts, it's stupid.
I've seen arguments where people say that they hate Bella because she "slept" with Jacob, or that because she snobbishly told everyone she already ate when the Cullens made her dinner (when in reality, Bella had every intention to eat again to be polite. Edward was the one who said she already ate.)
There are the shallow arguments that annoy me, like "Bella's so stupid for wanting to date a cold guy". I wouldn't find cold hands a good enough reason to dump a guy, but I guess that's just me. Those irritate me, but I let them slide.
I also hate the misuse of "pedophile" that some "haters" tend to toss around.
