I say it Reh-Nez-May
Like how you would say the first part of Renee and then with how you would say Esme tacked on the end

Because Esme's name is pronounced, Ez-mee
& that's how her name ends.

I had times to pronounce it right,so i just call her nessie.But in stephenie`s meyer`s official website it is confirmed that the name is pronounced Ruh-nez-me
