Who is going to play Victoria in Eclipse (and New Moon)?

I just found out that Rachelle is no longer portraying the character Victoria, and I'm interested in finding out who will be playing her. Who will it be?

There is not going to be a Victoria in Breaking Dawn because she dies in Eclipes.
