i dont think its possible because vampires are dead thus they dont have beat hearts,but if your talking about when a human is bitten by a vampire and they are "burning" then that possibly could be a heart attack.but im not sure

No, vampires don't have heart attacks because their dead. You have to be living to be dying and your heart has to be beating to have a heart attack. When you have a heart attack your muscles are working harder and harder to pump blood through your, body, but can't soyou have to have a working heart to have a heart attack.
