no thats not true i do but i love him coz his cute smart,handsome, caring and what can i say about him when he is on my pc screen as a desktop i'm totally speech less......:)

Um, yeah I do. More than half of the fanbase who are for Jacob seem to like him for his body. But that's the cynical world we live in I guess. There are a few things wrong with that:
1) A body does not portray who the person is on the inside. Outward appearance should not matter.
2) Those who have become Team Jacob because of the movies, or have switched from Team Edward to Jacob because of the movies weren't real fans to begin with. I mean, really. That's so shallow and completely absurd.
Then, there's number three: Even though there are a lot of Jacob fangirls out there, Edward still seems to be outlasting Jacob. I mean, Bella chose Edward. However, there was no choice for her. She never really thought of Jacob as an option. Not one moment in the books did she think about leaving Edward for Jacob.
A little off topic, but yes. Bottom line is, those who choose Jacob for his body, should take another look at life. Because that's not how it works. Who you are on the inside matters. Outward appearance fades.
Do the Edward fans pick him because he's so sparkly and "perfect"?
No. Other reasons for prefering Jacob could be his personality, his funniness, his relatability, the fact that he's alive, has a pulse and a body temperature, maybe they prefer werewolves to vampires or they tend to like the underdog.
