Twilight Series Question
Someone posted something saying "Why do so many people like this book? It's TERRIBLY written. I commented with this. What do you think?
New_Moon_Master said: I agree with some of the things that people have commented on here, but some of you just need to calm down.
I love Twilight, I adore it.
I am however, not going to threaten this person's life for disagreeing with me.
I do agree that if you don't like Twilight, you should be on the spot, but hey , oh well.
Stephenie Meyer has said many times that she isn't an expert at writing, and that Twilgiht came to her in a dream and she just started writting it.
She said "No one was more surprised than me that I'd actually finished a book."
She says she never went to writting school, never took classes, and broke many rules of so called "good writting rules".
Obviously this isn't true.
BECAUSE her books broke the rules is one of the many reasons why they're so loved.
What about Piacasso?
You think he wasn't insulted?
You think he wasn't shuned for going against the grain?
That's what people need.
No one is unique anymore, they're all too scared of what people will say about them.
You say Stephenie Meyer is "a terrible writer", I say that she is the best writer for the reasons that you say make her a bad one.
P.S
EASE UP TWILGIHTERS!
THIS PERSON DOESN'T LIKE IT.
WE WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY HE/SHE FEELS THAT WAY, BUT WCAN YOU REALLY BLAME THEM FOR NOT WANTING TO JOIM US?
wHEN WE'RE SAYING THINGS LIKE "I HOPE YOU ROT IN HELL FOR NOT LIKING THIS BOOK!!!" AND "I'M GOING TO FIND OUT WHERE YOU LIVE AND COME KILL YOU!!!"
CAN YOU REALLY BLAME THEM FOR THINKING WE'RE CRAZY?
LOVES
XOXOXO
