what do you think about pictures on books?

Twilight: The apple represents the forbidden fruit. Edward and Bella have a forbidden relationship.
New Moon: The flower is bloody. Bella is pure and the flower is white, until Edward stains the flower.
Eclipse: Bella can't get let go of all of her human life, so the ribbon is still attached.
Breaking Dawn: In the beginning Bella is the weakest link, a pawn, then towards the end, she gets to be very powerful, the queen.

I think the pictures are great...Stephenie said the pictures do mean something, so they are related to the stories. For an example, the apple means that it's the forbidden fruit, both for Bella and for Edward...I don't understand much the New Moon cover, but I'm sure you can find that on SM official website...
I kinda really like them, even though they didn't make sense to me in the beginning...
