There are teams for everyone... u can choose to be on the team of ur favorite character =)

LOl the other teams are to give your favorite character some kind of representation if they're someone other than Edward, Jacob, or Bella. Lol, personally, I'm on team Jasper! Yum yum!

Because not everybody wants to be Team Edward or Team Jacob. I personally am Team Carlisle.

I am Team Edward and Team Bella. These two pretty much make the whole story.

They Are Supposed To Be The Kind Of Guy You Like Or What You Can Relate Too! There Are Different Teams For Everyone! But The Main Teams Are Team Edward And Team Jacob! -Team Edward

The main three (team Edward, team Jacob, team Switzerland) are just expressing who you think Bella should end up with or which of the main 2 guys you prefer. Team Switzerland means you don't have a preference between the two.

Other character teams, like team Jasper or Emmett or Carlisle, is just saying you prefer that character over both Edward and Jacob. It can also be saying that you're not that interested in the main pairing.

Then you have the sarcastic teams, like "team Tyler's van" or "team Buffy stakes Edward". These are just used by anti-Twilight fans.
