Twilight Series Question

Does anybody else notice that nobody rates stuff?

its like you add all these photos and stuff and people view them and comment on them but they dont rate them , ?
and i just think itd be nice to fate fellow fanpopers contributions coz like people take time posting up images and videos and if ur viewing them anyway it wouldnt take much to rate them too :] and help the person out ?

thankyou- i didnt mean to sounds angry or mean or like i was shouting or anything.. soz if it came acroos that way or like if it semed like i was tryna say ppl rate my stuff, ive just noticed that there are always like alot of views on an image but no many rates. i rate everything i view and i just think its the nice htng to do :]

I agree with sinai114, but I just have a really hard time to give bad ratings, but sometimes you have to. If it's a really horrible thing, I write a comment with suggested improvements, and if they improve, THEN I rate
