It says in the book, Carlisle was born in London, 1640, so according to Stephenie Meyer, he was changed when he was only 23 years old. That's what it says in the books... So it must have been the year 1663, at least...now it could be something around that year but we can't know that because Meyer says that the births of ordinary people weren't so important and people couldn't know their birthdays...
Maybe it was said somewhere else so I really would like to know if I'm wrong...
