If vampires are frozen at the state they are in then how come bella wasnt fat when she turned into a vampire?

You see they took the baby out of Bella before she was turned, also Edward ripped the baby out of Bella, her injuries were on like the same scale of Esme's after jumping of a cliff and lastly no vampire is FAT

hmm, this is a hard one to answer, ok so the venom heals the body as it changes and she was fat yes but then again her belly was cut open to have the baby so when the venom started healing her it healed the big gash across her stomach...and tighted her all in so now shes not fat...i hope that makes sense, like i said hard to explain...

i remember that she was skinny because the baby, the baby "sucked" almost of all her blood in the pregnancy...she started to recovering the blood when she drank human blood from a glass..
So she wasn´t fat at the moment of the change..

firstly, bella wasn't FAT. secondly, when people are changed into vampires, they become much more attractive than before to humans and vampires alike. They are meant to be attractive to their prey, They're VAMPIRES.

bcoz the baby is already out and shes not fat she barely even eat human food only blood right
