Well, I think that their hair, like their skin is very strong, like a rock! So I don't think that you could shave their hair that easly:P
Plus I don't think that a vampire would let you cut their hair:P
Lol this question is very weird :), but yes I'm guessing that once vampires cut their hair, it will no longer grow back since their internal organs have frozen so any form of growth would have stopped

No, the whole 'thing' about vampires are that they are meant to be attractive, so , like in "interview with a vampire", if you shave it off it will grow back, and there for make the vampire attractive again.... but in twilight, their skin is like rock, so you would think no ,matter how soft and normal their hair looks that it would break a shaver???
Yeah they would be bald for eternity because there frozen in time the only way they would have hair after there bald would be if they would by a wigg... l0lzx
