Ok.. i've searched through every twilight site that could have this type of info. sadly i haven't found anything.. i hope someone will cause i'd also like to know this. i personally believe that tattoo sticks with them.. as stephanie meyer said, they are frozen at that state. their hair doesn't grow, and if they bit their nails as humans they will remain that way when they change and same is with split ends... i was always curious what happens to the scars (like bella had dozens of them) but i always supposed they would heal cause humans are improved when they become vampires. tattoo is a permanent thing but i don't think it could be erased cause it's not imperfection.

Well for the hair part I'm waiting to see Eclipse, because Rob's hair is shorter in New Moon. (That's possible because he could have cut it) But... what if his hair is longer in Eclipse... that's something to think about

His or her (and we’ll go with her because it’s more central to this discussion) body no longer experiences change. Hair does not grow, nor do fingernails (if you cut your hair, you’re stuck. That’s why Alice’s hair is so short–it was growing back from being shaved in the asylum). This applies to all changes–so a woman would no longer have any kind of ovulation cycle.
