who thinks edward can be a little too over protective?

Hmmmm well yes Edward can be over protective at times, but I think tha's because he left her and he went through a period of time thinking she was dead and he doesn't want that to happen again. But it was his fault it happened anyway...so yeah he can be overprotective........but I'm Team Rosalie and Team Carlilse!!!

remember what keeps him around in the begining is the smell of her blood & then when he followed her to port angeles he saved her again after almost being killed by tyler. i do think he is overprotective with good reason she is human fragile he's not so all he's doing is making sure she's alive & i don't blame him for becoming more protective after his mistake on leaving in New Moon. Laurent was very close to killing her if it wasn't for Jake she would have been dead so i believe it's just true love that he's showing :)

Yes, he can be, but she still doesnt let him push her around. She does what she wants when she wants. He just makes suggestions. Ha, she never really seems to take them ;) He just loves her and knows how fragile life can be. I would love to have a guy do anything to protect me like that... Well, my hubby would, but you know what I mean!

he's too controlling for my taste. i would prefer jacob for myself, but when it comes to who bella should be with, im switz on that. (ive always been a team switz girl anyway)

He's a little too over protective but I like it. At least when I was reading the books, if I actually had a boyfriend who was that controlling I think I wouldn't like it that much...

I think he can be at times. But its ok when he is just normal protective. coz He loves her. What was good is when he saves her from getting squished by a van or from a pack of thugs. In real life u won't have someone like that.(if u get in trouble at night and stuff.)(But hes a fictional character.) But over protective wen he watches her sleep! That was weird.

i do. he took the battery out of her truck so she couldnt see jacob. which, he later ADMITTED it was because he was really jealous. waaay to over protective for my taste.
