I studied art for many years. This is very good, but a little cartoonish. Try to avoid the heavy lines on the outside, add more shading to smooth it and make it more real. When you do hair, do it in layers, make each stroke count. Use a putty eraser to add highlights. There are a lot of tutorial videos on Youtube to walk you through on how to make even more real photos. It really does look good though!! Keep drawing and you'll only get better :) Ps. Ill add one of my photos to kinda show what I mean about the lines...
