Am i wierd, or is anyone else here just not interested in other books now they've read thw twilight series???!

Yeah i wanted to read richard hammonds autobiography but i started reading it and got sooo bored and all the things in it seemed to lead back to thoughts of twilight :L

I dont think thats the problem, but none than less this is the twilight series spot. Plus every day someone elses finishes one of the books, so its new to them. :D

Um..I think I`m such a dedicated bookworm that it`s impossible for me to love one book only. There is something very very special about the whole Twilight saga, but there are other great ,amazing books too,that have fascinated me. I cannot imagine my life without paper, reading books and talking about them, though Twilight daga will always have a special place in my heart-one a Twilight, always a Twilight addict!!!!

Oh em gee!! I know exactly what that's like I can't explain it and I am so serious of makes me feel uncomfortable to even know that I have no idea for how long I will be addicted and attracted to twilight. I used to read tons of books but everytime I set my hand on a book I lose interest quickly and I'm just obsessed with songs that remind me of twilight. It's very psycho depressing.

yeah i want to start reading this book called pandora..but guess what...its about VAMPIRES..i guess you can't get away from that

I've never been interested in books beside twilight, i read them over and over again and can't get enough, just love the story

not ur not the only one....ive read each of them 5 times, working on breaking dawn for the 8th, its my favorite, everytime i finish i have to start reading again or my whole world seems lost and boring, i hate reading any other books, they hold no interest for me what-so-ever...

I can read other books but I'm always comparing them to Twilight even if its completely different!
I read City of Bones and I couldn't stop thinking of ways it was like Twilight!

No i don´t fell that way!! i mean i live for Twilight (and i´m proud of that) but i still love my Harry Potter series and i love to read Dostoievski and Tolstoi, Charles Dickens and my Biology books (Charles Darwin mostly)! i don´t mess things up, when i´m reading Twilight i´m one person and when i´m reading my HP i´m another one and that happens with all the books i love (i´m a book freak)!! i hope i made my point i can be very confusing sometimes


but i have to admit that since i started to read Twilight saga that has been very dificult to me to concentrate in other books, now that i´m thinking about it i have a hard time reading Deathly Hallows and I LOVE Harry Potter so... Twilight fault lol

I was really into reading the books. I finished last august when Breaking Dawn came out. Went back to read Breaking Dawn again, I think around christmas time. I had to read Eclipse again about a month ago.

To answer the question though, I have moved on to other books. during the past couple months I picked up The Kite Runner, The Watcher, The Life of Pi, and I'm reading Revolutionary Road right now. So I have been reading other books, none make me lose my breath like the twilight series. haha

New moon:3times(reread only the parts with edward)
Eclipse:3times
Breaking Dawn:5times

Yeah,when i first read the series it was the ONLY thing i would read,my mum even tried to get me to stop by telling me she'd buy me the entire blue bloods series.

Haha. I used to be like that straight after I read them for the first time! I was like "Omg, they're amazing. Nothing can beat them so I'm never gonna read another book again." But, then I read the House of Night series and they are just as good as the Twilight ones. :) So, I can read more but nothing will ever beat them. :D
