None of the Cullens (except for Nessie) really want to even be around Jacob...he has a really bad smell to them...all the shapeshifters smell bad to all the vampires...so no none of the Cullens want to suck Jacobs blood. It is all explained in the books.
No they all think he has a werewolf stench. Especially Rosalie and Jasper thinks he has a "body odour"(eclipse the movie).Carlisle and Esme are too nice to do that. Emmet would never and neither would Alice(due to his wolf stench). Edward and Bella would never because their daughter loves him.
He smells like "wet dog" to them so his blood would probably have too much of an animalistic taste. When he insists that Bella's resistance is tested against him before she gets close to Renesmee in the third part of Breaking Dawn, she thinks he smells too animalistic to be appealing.
