Reasons to like Edward better than Jacob?

because ,he protects the girl who loves ,he hot,sexy,strong,gourgeous,cute,fast,and only a vampire can love you for ever

I was going to copy and paste my answer from a previous answer that i had, but I'm on an iPad haha

I'll try and keep it short and simple.

One of the main reasons why i like edward better than jacob is because Edward is pretty much selfless. He was selfish in the way of fealling in love with Bella and getting to know her and progressing in their relationship, but he is completely devoted and selfless when it comes to her and her safety.

He's so aware of her safety and her feelings, it's almost unreal. Grantee, he can be very over protective, but he always has.a good reason. It doesn't lways excuss him for doing some of the things he does such as lying to Bella that one time in eclipse, but his reasons are for her safety.

And probably the most noble quality... He would let bella have anyone she wanted, evening it was jacob or any other human. jacob would force Bella or tell her what she felt. If bella chose Jacob, edward would have let her go. he would be anything for her still. He would still watch over her, because he loves her that much.

Well, I'm more of a Rosalie fan.

But the reasons as to why I used to be Team Edward were these;
1) Edward and Bella were soul mates. With this alone, Jacob didn't stand a chance.
2) Edward's personality; I liked that he was mature, polite, quiet, intelligent, just the type of guy you could be around and have a pleasant conversation with.
3) He is amazingly considerate when it comes to Bella. While Jacob was determined to convince her that he was the right one for her, Edward was willing to let Bella choose Jacob if he made her happy and go her own way. That scores numerous points from me, because it showed me he truly had Bella's happiness and well-being in mind (Not saying Jacob didn't, though).
4) I always liked vampires a little more than werewolves. xD

He's The Kind Of Guy I Want! There Are So Many Reasons-But I'll Stop At 10! I Don't Actually Think Edward's Better, I Just Think He's The Better Boyfriend! Here Are My Reasons Why-

1. Jacob Could Imprint On Someone At Any Moment! She Could Never Be 100% Sure About Jacob!

2. Edward May Make Mistakes, But He Goes Back And Fixes Them! For Example- In Eclipse At The End, Bella Agrees To Marry Him! But He Wants To Make Sure That That's What She Really Wants! So He Questions Her!

3. He's Constantly Saving Her From Danger! I'm Not Saying Jacob Doesn't, But Edward Saves Her More!

4. They Have Fun! It's Not All Life Or Death! They Can Joke Around! She Does That With Jacob Too, But She's Always Stressed When She's With Him!

5. No Matter What, Edward Is There! He Doesn't Insult Her! Jacob Told Her "I'd Rather You Died Than Become One Of Them" That's Gotta Hurt! Even If He Does Apologize, It's Makes Him Seem Like An Ass!

6. His Family All Loves Bella! (with the exeption of Rosalie-for a while) Some Of The Wolf Pack Don't Even Like Bella Because She Is With Edward!

7. He Just Wants Her To Be Happy! Of Course He Wants To Be With Her-Everyone Wants To Be With The One They Love-But If She Chose Jacob, He'd Just Let Her Go! Jacob Never Gives Her The Option To Be Happy-He Just "Fights" Constantly And Won't Let Bella Be What She Wants To Be With Jacob- Friends!

8. He Says The Sweetest Things! The Stuff He Says Can Make Your Heart Throb! Jacob Rarely Does That, While Edward Does It On A Daily Basis!

9. Edward Never Forces Bella Into Anything! He Hates The Idea Of Bella Becoming A Vampire, Yet Because She Wants It So Badly, He Gives In! Jacob Forces Tons Of Stuff On Her! For Example- He Kisses Bella And Won't Let Her Go The First Time! And He Tricks Bella Into Kissing Him The Second Time!

10. Edward Is Really Mature! No Offense To Jacob Fans, But He's Not There Yet! Jacob Is Always Getting Bella Into Trouble!
