I think you need to spend a lot of time on the spot and posts numerous articles, images, questions, pop quiz questions etc. That's what I did when I became a dedicated fan to this spot :)
Simple, you go to fanpop's homepage and find the section where it talks about clubs. At the top right of the section it says "create a spot" and you simply click on that :)
