Tell me why some people didn't enjoy Eclipse?

I would say because they didnt get as mutch thrill in eclipse as they wanted. or most of all Jacob Deserved Bella more than Edward did.

It was a disappointment. It didn't really flow, it was incredibly boring, it didn't relate much to the books. It was like someone took the picture pieces and put them together incorrectly, thus making the film muddled up and a mess.

WEll i dont know about you but i loved eclipes, and i loved the book to. I dont think there is anything worng with it. I think it is funny but serious at the same time. When Bella Jacob and Edward were all in the tent that was funny. I think that maybe some people dont like it is becuase they probably thing that its just like the same old same old love story but they mixed in vampires and warewolfs. I abouslutly adore the movie and the book, i realy dont know about you, but i dont understand why people wouldnt like Eclipes, i mean there is alot of JASPER! <3 and then you have alot of Bella JACOB! and Edward, whats not to like? well i guess thats all i really had to say.

i think because the boyz r mad they dont have jacobs body and the girlz r mad cause they just cANT HAVE JACOB

Ok. I have to admit, im one of those people. When I left the movie i didnt feel anything, like it was really good or that it was bad, so i went to see it again. My take is that it didnt portray the high emotions that were in the book. Eclipse is my favorite book and although i did think the movie had good parts it was not my favorite movie of the series as i expected it to be. In my opinion the book Eclipse had more emotional appeal from all the characters than any other but i think the director took more of an approach toward the action than the emotion. Although the background scenes were better i believe the emotional highs and lows and acting were so much better in New Moon.

Because Kristen Stewart was in it.



And she's an awful actress. (Her expression never changes!!!!) I didn't like the Bree either but that's mostly 'cause i pictured her differently. But other than that I thought it was really good

because everybody knew bella was going to edward...but i agree she should of picked jacob

Alot of people I know enjoyed it. However, I can list a few reasons why people were disappointed with it.

Alot of the emotion from the books were absent. And, even though that is expected when a book is being translated to film, it was seriously lacking, just like the other films. However, I thought Eclipse was the best interpretation.

Alot of J/B fans didn't like how their relationship was portrayed. Bella didn't seem to care for him as much as in the books.

Alot of E/B fans were irritated that Edward's character wasn't portrayed correctly.

I personally enjoyed Eclipse. Of course there were moments were I went WTF, such as Bella's OOC monstrosity and Bella's hideous speech at the end, or Jacob's lightened character and constant pimping of being a hero, or Edward being a more jealous character, but I still enjoyed Eclipse better than the other movies.

Either Melissa's fault, Kristen's fault, Rob's, Taylor's, Summit's, we can't put the blame on one person. However, a majority of the blame could be put on the script. That's what everyone goes off of. And, well Melissa has upset people before. So I'm not surprised people were disappointed again. The script for Eclipse was absolutely hanus, but the movie was surprisingly good.
