Yes, I believe she really did love him. If she didn't she would have picked Jacob in New Moon or Eclipse. She had a choice and she picked Edward, not anyone else, so ultimately she loved Edward. When she was pregnant she still loved Edward, but she also formed a love just as big for Nessie. Not to mention the book was centered around Nessie, and not just Edward so that also made an impact, and probably resulting you to doubt that she loved Edward. But she always did and always will :)
Just so you know, she got pregnant in Breaking Dawn which was book number four! :) LOL

if your on about when he called the baby a thing, and she was like WHATT? i think she knew he just wanted to protect her, and even when he left her she still loved him, so of course she did :)
Of course Bella really loved Edward, because if she didn't then she would have chosen Jacob over Edward in the 3rd book!!!! Also, she even says that she is in love with him in Chapter 9 of Twilight - "I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him."
