Based on what Melissa said, I think she is saying that they will not focus too much on Jacob's perspective.

The previous movies hadn't really had a central point of view. They jumped around. I think that's what Melissa is trying to convey here. That they won't focus centrally on Jacob's book, but may mix it up and show the story from other characters' point of view.

The interview was translated from another language. Sometimes the meaning gets lost in the translation.

I didn't know about this, but according to the article from thewilightsaga.com & pretty much everything that is said there is true, I believe this will be it.

According to my opinion, is the worst thing they could ever do. Book two in Breaking Dawn is the most cheerful part of it, there is a joke through all the pages and you can laugh about it even a month later.
And also, appart from the 'fun part', it's also a very important part of the book, the one that makes it whole. Jacob, in Breaking Dawn, has as much protagonism as Bella, but deleting that part in the movie, is simply not right.

When they make a movie, the main purpose is that there are no so many differences from the book where it is based right??
Well, Breaking Dawn, split in two parts [which is another thing that should be discussed, although this is not the place] & without Jake's point of view, will be far from what everyone has expected of it.

Well, according to Melissa Rosenberg, no, Jacob's POV won't be in the BD movies.

[off topic] But seriously, what's the point of having two movies for Breaking Dawn then?

[anticipates a FAIL]

Well, it hasn't began filming yet.Maybe it's just a joke. They have to put Jacob's part in there, because it's a part of the book. And the funniest stuff in Breaking Dawn is in that part!

This better not be that case. Jacobs POV is just as important to this book as anyone elses. Me being Team Jacob, I obviously want his POV in the movie.

I also think that it would be smart to seperate Breaking Dawn into two movies. Yes this means you would have to wait for the second half of the movie, but they could put more detail into the movie this way. There is so much that goes on in the book that ithout 2 films they would be leave out way to much detail. It would be aweful!

actually, Jacob's book, he's mostly in wolf form. So... you wouldn't see more Taylor. You'd see his CGI wolf instead.

This is pathetic the stupid writer script shouldn't even think of eliminating Jacob's point of view first for these reasons
-YESS Team jacob fanss are going to be pissed!
-It is essential for people who haven't read the books to understand jacob's feelings
-HAVE RESPECT FOR STEPHENIE MEYER she said this was her favorite part to write and she said it was one of the most important parts of the book!

UGH THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING! & people should stop drinking so much HATEorade!
