However, Bryce played Victoria like how she was described in the book. Victoria was supposed to have a high-pitched voice and feline like. She was supposed to be like a doll. And Bryce fit that bill.
Rachelle had the scary thing going on, and I loved her and thought she was great for the part, but Bryce did a great job too.
I mean, don't get me wrong. I was PISSED when Rachelle was replaced, but I had no doubt in my mind that Bryce would do a great job. And she did do a good job, with the exception of a bad wig. Lol

I'm sorry but she was a terrible actress in the film so I totally have to disagree!!! She did not embody the character one bit!!! I sat there through all of her scenes hoping for them to end cuz she was sooooooo bad, glad Riley had more scenes than that idiot!!! Bryce looked like a pathetic ameture compared to everyone else, soooooooo disappointed!!!! Rachelle all the way!!!!!
But it doesn't mean you can insult her like that. I don't care if you didn't like her ac Victoria, you don't have to call her names for something that was out of her control. She didn't fire Rachelle. Summit offered her the role after dimissing Rachelle. In NO WAY was Bryce intending to replace Rachelle. She's stepped into Rachelle's role with grace and has handled it quite well. She embraced the role and respected Rachelle's previous performance. So why call her an idiot when all she's done was do the role to the best of her ability? I don't care if you don't like her acting. Just don't be rude and call her names. There's a difference between having an opinion and insulting an actress for no reason.
I Think The Both Did A Very Good Job! And Victoria Is Supposed To Sound Sweet And Innocent! It Says It In Eclipse! I Don't Think I Would Have Even Noticed The Differenct If People Wouldn't Have Made Such A Big Deal About It! Let's Face It, Victoria Doesn't Have A Huge Part!
Rachelle! I didn't see Eclipse yet but from what I've seen I didn't like Bryce Dallas Howard. And I think Rachalle has like the perfect face for Victoria, I don't know if it's just me... I think VIctoria's face reflects she's so fierce and the gestures Rachelle had fit perfectly for that character. I also think Bryce looks like a girl while Rachelle is definitely the image of a woman.
Is it just me?
Rachelle Lefevre all the frickin way! She's so much prettier than the new Victoria. She actually looks young & she meats the best part of Victoria. My question is, why did they use Victoria Bryce Dallas Howard as the "new Victoria"? What was so wrong with Rachelle?

Lol I wasn't blowing a gasket :) I just didn't want you to be under the misapprehension about Rachelle or Bryce. People blame Bryce for taking the job from Rachelle, but it's not true and I'm just trying defend her since alot of the anger towards her is unjustified :) I apologize if I belittled your opinion. It wasn't intentional :)
To tell you the truth, I dont think either of them had a big impact on the movie. I think Rachelle did ok in Twilight for the couple of scenes she was in but she was practically non existent in New Moon. As for Bryce she was nothing like Rachelle but i think she did stay close to how Victoria was portrayed in Eclipse.With all those shirtless Jacob scenes, whose thinking about Victoria. lol.
Bryce Dallas Howard. Reason? She looks catty and has a high pitched voice just like victoria. She captured the pure evil that was her too. Sure Rachelle Lefevre was pretty good but didn't have the features I imagined Victoria having.
firstly because- bryce doesnt really have the whole- scary auora about her. rachelle has this natural fiery wild red hair. when bryce doesnt. i think rachelle is the victoria - i personally had in mind whilst reading the books. rachelle looks much more pretty, and ladylike. and softer- than rachelle. Plus rachelle looks more womanly and wilder than bryce.
i will give bryce her due though in parts of eclipse her performance was in ways better than rachelle. But in my mind, the fight seen between her and the wolves in new moon. with thom yorke - hearing damage playing in the background. is one of the best - most brilliantly choreagraphed scenes involving victorias character.
I think more people like Rachelle as Victoria because she played Victoria in the Twilight and New moon.like if they replaced one of the Cullens or a member of the wolfpack....people would be very upset and say they hate the new actor or actress before they even see them play the role
I think the first Victoria was best!! Rachelle Lefevre was just more believable and I wish they had worked it out that she could have continued playing the part.
