Thats a hard one to answer. The venom might kill the baby..or else it could be cut out of the womb if it was old enough to survive. I looked it up on wiki answers (sad I know lol).

gosh that would be disgusting! being frozen at a vampirical stage with a frozen statue like infant inside your womb. wow that would be like so painful in the first place.
But to tell you the truth although that theory does seem very credible i dont think that is what would necessarily happen. When a human is transformed into a vampire, their body undergoes a transformation where all their flaws are fixed, a perfect body despite of all the damage their body could have gone through in human years, the perfect and normal state of the human body multiplied by 10 times beauty. In this case, being a pregnant human, the body is not in its normal state or form and its an unknown feature to the body, therefore what I really think would happen is that somehow the venom would spread and expulse it out of the mother's womb, leaving it in a perfect and beautiful vampirical condition; and considering the baby, either it would die if the venom did not reach it and it was the mother's system that forced it out or if the venom did reach the child in time, i guess it would be a baby vampire, therefore lethal. And ofcourse the volturi would be after it in like seconds because they are incontrollable.
It is true that a person who is bitten by a vampire becomes frozen... however, that can't be ABSOLUTE truth or you would have several vampires walking around with broken bones and deadly fever or some such nonsense. So that must mean that during the transformation, the body must undergo a series of changes. First and formost, they heal all deadly wounds. Second, they become much more beautifull. Third, there bodies become very solid like a tree (if you payed attention to how the wolfs tear them apart chunk by chunk) Forth, It is never said what happens to a person's full bladder or bowls during the changing process, but i'm assuming that they become voide... So.. if you consider all these facts and then apply them to a femail who is bitten while pregnant, then it is most likly that the baby will be either pushed out with the rest of the bodies trash. Or i think that the body will crystalize and crush the fetus to death and the extra blood and tissue will be absorbed by the new born vampire and probably make the unfortunate mother much stronger in her beginning years. Either answer is pretty gruesome.. but it makes sense from a realistic stand poin
that is a very tricky question. depends on stage of pregnancy, if the baby was removed before venom could reach her blood stream she may survive, otherwise she could become a baby vampire frozen at the level of infantcy that it had accived. if it was not developed enough it wld die/ be frozen within the mother forever.
i think the human would turn vampire, but the baby would stay human. BUT since vamps r frozen in time 4ever, the baby would have 2 b like, cut out or something like that...ew...
hum.. i think, the baby will be the vampire too, because she has the same blood with her mother, but i have no idea, is she still pregnant, and the baby never come into the world....or otherwise.
it depends in the stage of pregnancy. if it almost been 9 months then the baby might be able to be taken out of the mother. if it hasn't then the mother will forever be pregnant or if the vampire is doctor then the baby could come out so the mother is not a pregnant vampire
after a person gets bittin by a vampire the vampire venom starts going thew the entire boby and when days pass the person who got bitt becomes in to a blood sucker
I like JoseVander's reply, but I really think that, since all vampires in the Twilight series stay frozen except for half-human/half-vampires lik Renesmee, become frozen and their bodies don't change, that the woman may stay pregnant for eternity.
i think the baby whould be half vamp and have human and when that person has a baby then that baby will bae a vamp unless the dad is human the a quarter of vamp
reading the other responses if the woman/girl had gotten pregnant then she would have to be fertile and if so the being frozen in what tim before pregnancy during or after such as eternile death
i think that if it was caught in time the human would die shortly after birth
if the pregnant lady/girl was already a vampire and got pregnant from a human the woman/girl would go crazy and eat the baby
if the lady/girl was a human and got pregnant from a vampire it would end up like Bella without comeing back
human gets pregnant by human but has vampire baby then the guy might want to look at his family tree
