There hasn't been a official rating. The ratings don't usually come out until about a couple months prior to the movie's release.
However, gathering hints from the previous movies, how Twilight was cock-blocked (meaning they had to tone down the sensual scenes) and how Stephenie Meyer wrote the scenes in the book, I'm thinking it would be PG-13.
The loves scenes are obviously not going to be raunchy and graphic like everyone wants. However I'm sure they will show something given as to how this is the movie business. I'm honestly curious what everyone is expecting! Because it sounds like people want all skin and bare! There's ways to show intimate love, I mean, not vulgar, but 'love making' without showing things. Otherwise, it'd be like a porno. LOL
However, Stephenie Meyer has the overall say in the movies since she will be an official producer of Breaking Dawn. We won't really know until we get the script.
If anything, the birth would be what caused the movie to be R rated. It was pretty graphic in the book, however, I don't think that 'one' indicent will make the entire movie(s) rated R.
That's just my take. Hope that helps :)

well its not like we got much from the books anyways..and u know how we do..soon as u get that script..send it my way! haha
I lost the link :( Sorry. I'll try and find it again when I'm in the states. I'm at the airport right now. LoL And I've read the first couple pages, but have been to busy to finish. I want to give it my undivided attention. LOL I really want to be aware I'm reading instead of... zoning off or daydreaming. I tend to do that when I read certain books lol
PG-13 because they will edit the book to a point where the movie will be not inapropriate at all plus if it was R they would loose so much money and that all anyone cares about
Well i heard that it was going to be a two part movie, like they are doing the harry potter move. And They are pretty much going to skip half the honey moon, so it'll be PG-13. Thank goodness
I think PG-13 because the movie isnt supposed to be scary or anything, but it might have some scary images with it but other than that I think it will b rated PG-13. I LOVE twilight!!!
i think that the movie should be nc-17 so they can do the book justice but not completly shut all the younger crowd out. this way everyone ould be happy. the older people would get there soft core in and the younger people would still be able to see it.
well they're doing it in 2 parts 'cause they're trying to sell as well as Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. But I think it'll probably be PG-13. Key word: think.
That's a very good question! It would be interesting to see how it is rated. I have no idea, but I'm thinking with the honeymoon scenes - it would be awful if they skipped it out. And just showed her walking into the sea to join him ... and then next scene "she's pregnant!" simply awful. lol
