how can billy black drive his truck but he has a wheel chair?

maybe he has a truck that has a handle for gas...i've seen cars like that.

well his son (jacbo) can pick him up from the chair &lift him into the car & put his chair in the back of the car or the truck. and than he could carry him out the car & put him his chair! duh!?!?

Maby he can move his feet and noty his legs.

He may not be strong enough to walk, but strong enough to drive. It doesn't take that much leg power to drive on the whole.

It could be automatic so disabled peeps can drive cars
