Maybe I better explain my answer; there are obviously millions of girls who absolutely love Robert Pattison. The odds of him finding one of those girls is, like BexeterFoster said, one in a million. It will be more likely to happen if this lucky fan was someone as well-known or close to being well-known as he is.
