She'll stay with Jacob. They love each other. Plus you can't break imprinting.

What is this thing about marriage?! They don`t need to marry in order to stay together-that`s just a bunch of human prejudice. Think of it- how is it with vampires- they just find their mate and stay together. And yeah, I know Edward wanted to marry Bella so badly- but it was cuz she was human, and he is an oldfashioned gentlemen.
Bottom line- I think Nessie and Jacob will stay together- imprinting is just something you can`t mess around with:P- and the idea of a grown up Nessie, together with Jake is just adorable:)

Well, since Jacob imprinted on Nessie, they're obviously each other's perfect match. So I do think that Nessie will marry Jacob when she's an adult.
