Well they have had two meetings kind of. They went to school together but they're first encounter was Thanksgiving but it was a casual encounter.

Blair: You need to keep your hands off of her. Trying to take advantage of her on the holidays. Come on , lets go Serena.

The next one was their first formal introduction.
Blair: Dan? Hi, I'm Blair Waldorf, Serena's friend.

Brooke: Hey you
Lucas: Oh, I think you got the wrong car
Brooke: Nah. Don't mind me. I just have to get out of this uniform. So, uh, anyways, I'm Brooke. But you probably knew that. Can I tell you that that last shot was awesome? How'd it feel? Good, huh? You know it did.

They'd known eachother pre series, but in the series it was this.

Ariana: Your shooter must have been jonesing pretty bad he threw up everywhere.

Booth: Ah, just, uh, one more thing. I mean, isn't all the good evidence in the flesh. You know, like, the poison and stab wounds and the bullets.

Booth: So that's your thing.

Brennan: Yes. I am the best in the world.

Booth: Oh. Okay. You're serious.

Brennan: Are you a student here?

Booth: Special Agent Seeley Booth from the FBI.

Brennan: I'm Doctor Temperance Brennan from the Jeffersonian Institution.
BOOTH: Do you believe in fate?

Brennan: Absolutely not. Ludicrous.

Elena: I’m sorry for barging in. The door was… open.
Damon: You must be Elena. I’m Damon, Stefan’s brother.
Elena: He didn’t tell me he had a brother.

Chloe: Oh, hi. I feel ike I know you already. Lois talks about you all the time.

Oliver: I was actually just gonna go see Lois right now. Maybe it's time I did some talking. Well, look, I'm looking forward to your article on Dark Thursday. I hope my satellite images helped.

Chloe: Yeah.

Oliver: Good. It's good to meet you. Clark.

[ Oliver leaves the barn. ]
