What are your top 5 most heart-breaking scenes of your favorite tv couples?

1. Lucas and Peyton - Umm...Talking about whether they should go through with the pregnancy or not. One Tree Hill(6x17)

2. Rory and Jess - Jess begging Rory to come away with him. Gilmore Girls(4x21)

3. Nathan and Haley - Jamie almost drowning/Haley wanting a divorce. One Tree Hill(5x10)

4. Luke and Lorelai - Luke wanting to elope and Lorelai telling him that she had slept with Chris. Gilmore Girls(7x01)

5. Brooke and Julian - Brooke telling Julian that she can't have kids. One Tree Hill(7x10)

1. Buffy and Angel - in I Will Remember You when time is about to be reset and Buffy crying and saying she'll never forget and then Angel crying gets me everytime ):

1 - Buffy and Spike, the Church scene. One of the most powerful scenes on television, in my opinion. SPIKE: "Buffy, shame on you. Why does a man do what he mustn't? For her. To be hers. To be the kind of man who would nev... to be a kind of man"

2 - Freddie and Effy, the meadow scene.
Effy: here, the hole that fits mine. The moment I saw you, I knew it'd be the closest I'd get to being... close. I didn't know what to do with that feeling - happiness.
Freddie: Listen, Effy, you are closest... (kisses her) I'm never gonna...
Effy: But they know now! And they're hungry. Really ****ing hungry. Because for as long as I've known, they've been crashing me and now they're ready, now they're strong enough to break through. And I can't fight them. I used to be able to when I was strong, but... you've made me weak. And now I can't, I can't!

Freddie: Effy, there's no one ****ing there.
Effy: I can't, let me go.
Freddie: Effy, listen! What do you want me to do?

3 - Sawyer and Kate: Sawyer is about to be killed, Kate is begging: "I'll do anything you want!"

4 - Ron and Hermione, book 7, Deathly Hollows: Hermione is being tortured by Bellatrix, Ron is screaming her name.

5 - Daniel and Betty: Betty is leaving to London and having a farewell party, Daniel is looking at her, almost tearing up and being comforted by his mother, and decides that he has to let her go.

1. When Dean kissed Jo goodbye because she was literally the perfect girl for him and when he kissed her i think he realized it but it was too late.
2.The stelena breakup because i realized how much Stefan loved Elena in that moment and i hate seeing Stefan cry.

1. Charlie and Claire (LOST)- 4x01 Claire finds out about Charlie's death. It was so tragic. It made me cry more than I already was. Claire looked so heartbroken. Gosh Claire. I was already heartbroken knowing my all time favorite male character was gone forever. :'(

2. Damon and Elena (The Vampire Diaries)- "I love you". 2x08 So heartbreaking. Damon's just so selfless. He's willing to give up his own happiness so Elena can have her's.

3. Jim and Pam (The Office)- 2x22 "I'm in love with you." I remember watching that scene over and over again after I watched it. It broke my heart. Jim crying!

4. Rory and Jess (Gilmore Girls)- I can't remember what episode it was in, but the scene where Jess asks Rory to run away with him. To get away from everything. Rory rejects him. Rory, why?

I can't think of a fifth one right now. :/

Angel realizes that Cordy never woke up.

2. Alex & Isabel (Roswell) - Isabel say's goodbye to Alex in her dreams.

"I think we both know that I loved you too."

3. Buffy & Spike - (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
Buffy saves Spike. "A knife now is it? You can't hurt me!"

4. Cordy & Angel (ANGEL) - Cordy confesses to Angel that she doesn't want the visions anymore. "I tried to be brave, I did. But I'm just scared now. I'm scared all the time."

5. Alex & Izzie (Grey's Anatomy) - Izzie dies in Alex's arms. "Did you say it? I love you."

well i dun really cry much at heartbreaking scene so in my book they are all about the same.
but there are 2 in particular

1) booth rejecting brennan (BONES: the doctor in the photo)
2) Brennan rejecting booth (BONES: 100 episode)

1) Booth & Brennan- "I knew right from the beginning/I can't change"

2) Bangel- The last scene in "I Will remember you"

3) Piper & Leo- 8x10 "Vaya Con Leos" Piper tells Leo "I have to lose to save you"

4) Phoebe & Cole- 3x21 "Look Who's Barking" After Phoebe (Banshee and Baltazor) fight Cole says that he still loves her, which makes her turn back into herself)

5) Hodgela- 6x16 "The Blackout in the Blizzard Angela holds Hodgins as he cries because their unborn child might be blind.

1. Damon/Elena: the 5x22 goodbye after Damon not being able to come back
