After watching the series I came across this fanfiction and thought the extra depth it created in Vash and Knives's arguement was perfect. It's a post-series fiction with Vash and Knives playing chess and discussing their disagreement without guns. ;) Anyways, I thought others might enjoy it, and although I could have posted it as a link, I felt it deserved the higher recognition it would receive as a soapbox.
