Travel Places to stay in Vietnam?

Can anyone suggest some good places to stay in Vietnam? I'm traveling there over the holidays and looking for a nice place to stay in Saigon for 3-4 nights. My budget is about $200 a night. I hear you can find luxury hotels for ridiculously inexpensive prices there!

The Park Hyatt in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) is really nice. My girlfriend and I stayed there after backpacking around Vietnam and it was heaven!

I am also looking forward to the destination for the vacations in coming time and thinking of staying in a resort. I was wondering to know what expense should I estimate before traveling?
