Travel Working in America

Hi! I dont know if anyone can help me but though i would give it a shot! Soo.. yea I am 19 live in England and am looking to do some work experience or something like that in America for about 12 months and was wondering if anyone has ever done it before or knows any good websites i can apply for jobs on or get brochures? Any help is appreciated thank you!

Thanks alot i will try though sites! i am looking for office work mainly its i have qualifications in Business and Administration but i would try anything really and i would go anywhere in America if i could pick i would love to go work in New York.

Don't you need a green card or anything to be able to work in the states? I don't believe it's really easy to just go there and work.
You should really look into the legal side of this too.
