The writers had to make Duncan the highest ranking contestant because of Gwen and Courtney finding Duncan in London. This was in TDWT, where they had to find Jack the Ripper. Because of that, Duncan make it to the Final 5, for the third flipping time. Heather should be the best Season Winner in America.

I love Heather and Owen. Duncan goes back and forth with me.

Yeah, if only Courtney and Gwen didn't find Duncan... that would of made Noah stay longer too :) I think Duncan get's annoying and Heather and Owen are much better than him.
