she has had some nice moments! like when she first got off, she was friendly! when Izzy fell and hit her chin, she helped get her out of the water!

yes. there WERE A LOT of worse things other people did than Courtney. i would say she was a protagonist/anti-hero in tdi, an antagonist in tda, and an anti-hero/antagonist in TDWT. mostly anti-hero. and that is a villain with sympathetic qualities or a hero with antagonistic qualities.

Still, I think she's more of an antagonist despite your theory to support your claim that she's an anti-hero.

To me, she was always a villain. That's why I never liked her.

She was an antagonist in half a season! + a very cool antagpnist, I loved it when she trashed the room in TDA.

I agree with DandC4evacute. Yes Courtney was a bit of a bitch, but what she did was nothing compared to what a few of the characters have done.

For example,

Heather: got many of the contestants eliminated in TDI, pretended to be friends with Beth and Lindsay then stabbed them in the back, kissed Trent (Gwen's crush) in front of her, was mean to the characters, and kicked Alejandro (the guy she loved) off a volcano.

Duncan: insulted and bullied Harold constantly, got LeShawna eliminated in TDA, and cheated on Courtney with Gwen.

Alejandro: toyed with the girls' emotions, left Bridgette stuck to the pole, got most of the TDWT contestants eliminated, and made Courtney crazy

Blaineley: tried to make the strain in Geoff and Bridgette's relationship worse, sent Bridgette to Siberia, and acted horribly to people

In my opinion, at first, Courtney was nice. But then she got edgey near the end of total drama island, got much worse in tda, and lost all control in tdwt. She let her emotions get in the way of the game. And sometimes, that's what an antagonist does. But antagonist doesn't always mean villan you know...

In TDI I thought 'Wow, she seems really nice!' But then her temper got to her and she went out with Duncan, which made her temper much worse! In TDA, about every episode she was in, she was always angry and annoying yelling 'I'M CALLING MY LAWYERS!'. In TDWT, she blamed Gwen for kissing Duncan when they BOTH kissed each other. I dislike Courtney, a lot.

She seems to be a protagonist on season 1,A antagonist on season 2,And a protagonist on season 3,And a protagonist on season 5.So I'll say in the middle.

Isn't it funny, how the TDAS profile states that she is "polite and kind"? Sure it's polite and kind to:
1. Leave four boys hanging to their near-death experiences.
2. Shove Justin off the tower, nearly killing him (he kinda had it coming).

^ I thought it's pretty kind to save Izzy from possibly drowning on that first day, saying, "Guys! She could be seriously hurt!"
