Chris is more calm to some of the contestants' whining while Chef...He's sadistic,alright but he just doesn't have the right amount of Chris-ness

I'd say it's definitely a combined effort ^^ They really play off of each other (: As far as hosting goes though, Chris has better people skills. Chef's better at scaring people into line (haha doesn't really work now that their in season three. The campers all know what a lovable softie he is <3)
