At the moment, it's about as canon as Gwody is, in that it's one-sided canon, with both Gwen and Cody being friends with Cody and Sierra respectively, despite the fact that they're very aware that the other person has a crush on them although it is non-mutual.

I think it shouldn't be called canon because I don't think Sierra mentioned being Cody's real GF, that would have come up if it had happened, plus Cody never kissed her. Kisses most of the time mean canon.
