It was obvious that Heather would win "World Tour", because Owen and Duncan won the first two seasons. Even during TDA, Beth was intended to win the season. However, in the actual finale, Duncan stole her win. After Duncan won TDA, it would be predictable that Heather would win the World Tour, which happened.
