Bridgette greeted me with a smile. "Hey Gwen," Bridge said inviting me in.
"Hey, how are you?" I said sitting down on their couch.
"I'm good. How about you?" she said plopping down beside me.
"Good, I have a question though."
"What is it?"
"What would you do if you were preg-pregnant?" Her eyes darted back and forth as if concerned.
"Why do you say that?"
"Just wondering. Wait, you are aren't you?"
"Y-N-yes I am but it's a secret so hush hush. Wait why do you ask?"
"Well I thought I was but the test came up negative."
"Gwen you should have a blo-"She started but grabbed her stomach and doubled over in pain.
"I'm taking you to the hospital," I said grabbing her coat.
"Okay," she said and off we went.

The doctor said I couldn't stay so I asked if I could make an appointment and he said sure but it would be next Tuesday and it was only Wednsday. I went home and fixed Mac and cheese and while it was cooling down I set the table and listened for Trent's key turning. I put the mac and cheese on our plates and suddenly a hand grabbed my shoulder and I screamed hitting the person with the hot pan on the stomach. The scream told me exactly who it was."Oh my god I'm so sorry, Trent!" I said setting the pan down.
"It-it's okay,"he said groaning.
"I'm sorry, baby," I hugged him carefully and he kissed my forehead.
"Gwen it's ok."
