While Olivia admitted to having a crush on Jenny. Jasey formed an alliance with Jayden and is planning on roping Jade into it too, Missy teamed up with Nolan... hoping to add some muscle to her brains. In the end, Zack and Avory chose to be partnered together upon their win, and Erik got the boot, giving his partner Timothy, invincibility for this episode. What will happen now? The contestants gathered on the sky deck of the ship.
“Today’s challenge...” Stella began. “Is a singing challenge...”
“Oh no...” Olivia frowned.
“Each of you, with your new partner... will be performing a duet.” Stella explained. “However; you will only be performing songs from musicals,”
“WHAT?!” Nolan called. “I’m not singing! Especially not things from musicals!”
Stella ignored him, “One by one... you guys will pick a song from the hat. I have randomly chosen some musicals that the songs will come from. Who wants to go first?”
Carter grabbed Marissa’s hand and they walked to go grab their card, “Oooh!” Carter called when he read their song. “I Should Tell You from Rent! Beautiful choice!”
Next were Zack and Avory, “Come What May from Moulin Rouge,” Avory said.
Natasha took her card for her and Nolan, “SOS! From Mamma Mia!” Natasha told him.
Nolan rolled his eyes, “Fun...”
“Light my Candle? I’ve never heard of it...” Evan said after Alexiss picked their song.
Alexiss shrugged, “Don’t worry about it... we’ll learn.”
Leah snatched their song, “Okay Silent-chick. This is SINGING. You don’t talk, I break your neck. Okay?”
Alora’s eyes turned wide and large. She nodded nervously.
Leah read what the paper said, “Tonight. West Side Story. You know it?”
Alora shook her head no.
Leah rolled her eyes, “We have a lot of work to do...”
“You’re the One That I Want,” Missy purred when Klaus grabbed their card. “It seems we’ll be getting rather close in this number...”
Alexiss glared at her.
Alexiss’ Confessional
“THAT BITCH!” Alexiss shouted. “Klaus is MY partner! I need him in order to go far in this game.”
Dani picked a song for her and Taylor, “What the hell is a West Side Story?”
Taylor shook her head, “It’s the name of the musical. Our song is Somewhere from the musical, West Side Story,”
Dwight glanced at Star. He reached into the hat and pulled out a white piece of paper. “A Little Fall of Rain, from Les Miserables.”
Star was confused, “What’s Les Miserables?”
Dwight glared at her, “It’s the name of the musical. It’s also a fantastic novel, I suggest you read it sometime... you clearly need to work on your smarts.”
Star gritted her teeth, “Asshole,” She muttered.
Vincent looked pleadingly at Jenny, “Can you pick the song... this whole challenge just feels wrong to me...”
Jenny gave him a look. “Uh... sure,” She grabbed the slip of paper in the hat and read it to Vincent. “As Long As You’re Mine, Wicked.”
Vincent nodded, “Let’s go practice then...”
Tobi frowned when she read the paper, “A Heart Full of Love, from Les Miserables.”
David looked at her, “What’s wrong?”
Tobi shook her head, “It’s nothing... let’s just... let’s just go.”
“YES!” Jasey yelled after obtaining her and Jade’s card. “Take Me or Leave Me from Rent. I know this song, and it’s super sexy.”
Jasey’s Confessional
“Truth is, I’m not as sexy and flirty as I lead everyone to believe,” Jasey admitted. “Sure, I like to have a good time... but I’m just using this angle to get girls like Jayden on my side.
Alec reached into the hat, “Well... what have we here...”
Ryan raised an eyebrow, “What is it?”
Alec smiled, “A song called I’ll Cover You. It’s terribly romantic. One of my favourite love songs, actually...” He sighed, “A song about loving someone, and of course... kissing.”
Ryan blushed slightly, “O-o-okay...”
Jinx obtained her card, “Without You from Rent. It sounds sweet.”
Jordan shrugged, “Let’s go try it out.”
Liza reached and grabbed her and Olivia’s song, “I love For Good!” She bellowed. “I can’t believe we got a Wicked song,”
Olivia smiled, “I’m looking forward to singing it,”
Amanda grinned after seeing the song on the paper, “Summer Nights from Grease! I’ve never watched the musical, but I know the song!”
Ashley pulled out one of the final pieces of paper. “L-l-lay all your l-l-love on me...?” She said shyly.
Jayden smirked, “Sounds like its right up my alley!” She turned towards Ashley, “Can’t wait to sing with you,” She winked.
Ashley felt her face get warm; her face turned a bright red. “Y-y-y-you... t-t-too,” She stuttered.
Taylor glanced at Jayden, then at Ashley’s red face. She turned away almost immediately.
Taylor’s Confessional
“What the hell Ash!?” She hollered.
Last was Ally and Blair, Blair happily took the last paper. “I Still Believe, from Miss Saigon?” She raised an eyebrow.
Stella nodded, “You two are lucky and get the one song where you don’t have to pretend to be in love, you have to be in love with someone else.”
Ally nodded, “Sounds cool with me,”
“Go practice, and return to me later when it’s performance time. You have one hour. Good luck.” Stella told everyone.
