in the lastest s13e05,james said in "the news" that :"you've given me 2 children, now get in the back" what does it mean? i can't understand that..

some others told me that, Hamster and Captainn Slow was been recongnized as couple in maybe the 6th season.so that's why jammy laughed after saying that.
